Amy Yanda-Lee, Principal, Bohème PR
Yanda-Lee is a marketing and communications professional with 15 years of diversified experience. As the Regional Director for Spin Creative Studio, she helped establish the business, and launched their Denver office in 2007. In this role, she directed the Vail Resorts account and led the PR and Media efforts for the agency.
Prior to Spin, Amy delved into the branded-product arena, as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the fashion companies Tehama and Izod G. While at Tehama & Izod G, she introduced the “Izod G Rocks” events to the golf industry, with headlining acts: Alice Cooper, The Black Crowes, Huey Lewis and the News and Hall & Oates. She managed the marketing and communications efforts surrounding these rock-star concerts to help surpass their goals.
Yanda-Lee spent 10 years experiencing the mountain lifestyle of Breckenridge and Vail, working in marketing, advertising, media, promotions, and international marketing for Vail Resorts. She fostered the relationship with Mountain Sports Media, negotiating the multi-resort advertising buys, and adding value therein. Also in the mountains, she demonstrated her ability to multi-task, as Production Manager for Hill & Tashiro Marketing and Communications, managing more than 300 projects simultaneously.
A Wisconsin native, Amy began her career with Wisconsin Broker Magazine, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, with a dual major in Journalism (Ad/PR emphasis) and French. She has wholly embraced the Colorado lifestyle, and enjoys hiking, skiing and traveling. She believes in contributing to the community in which she lives, having served on the board of directors for the YWCA of Boulder and being an active member in the Boulder City Club.
